What is Animal Communication?
Animal Communication simplified is the ability to talk with animals. I use a combination of telepathy, intuition, psychic clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience and claircognizance to listen to animals and then interpret what I’ve received from them. I am then able to communicate that information to you, the pets’ human family. It can be very helpful if there are misunderstood behavior issues or even just a curiosity to get to know your animal better. It can be useful when introducing a new pet to the family of established pets. There are numerous ways in which knowing what your animal is thinking can be beneficial.

Some thoughts…
Here are answers to three of the most commonly asked questions when it comes to animal communication.
-
A Few Easy Steps
You Pick Your Session
Decide what session is best for your needs
Pick your day and time
Make your payment
Fill out your forms
Send a picture of the animal(s) you want to connect with (sending a picture in which I can see their eyes ensures that I connect with your fur/scale/hide-baby and not some random internet cat)
We Connect
24 hours before your appointment, I will send you a Zoom link
You click on that link a few minutes prior to your appointment time and the fun begins
We have a 3-way conversation - you, me and your animal (don’t worry, you’ll only see my lips move) this gives us an opportunity to clarify information and ask questions as they come up
I record this conversation and give you a copy when it’s finished for you to replay whenever you’d like
If you’ve opted for the 45 or 75-minute session, this is when we’d schedule your follow-up
Don’t get me Confused with Someone with a Degree!
Please note that I am not, nor do I claim to be, a Veterinarian or Animal Trainer. I am simply a bridge to help you communicate with your animal and he or she communicate with you. I may also share my opinions, but no part of this information should be used in lieu of professional medical or training advice.

Technically Speaking…
Animal communication is a bridge between the animal(s) and the practitioner’s minds that allows information, emotions, intentions, and images to move between these minds without the use of speech.
I use telepathy (direct mind-to-mind communication), clairvoyance (visual images or scenes), clairaudience (auditory messages in forms of words or sentences), clairsentience (feelings, emotions or impressions) and claircognizance (just knowing without knowing how I know) to receive and translate these nonverbal messages.
The Translation is Where it gets Tricky
(Really, Cathy, THAT’S where it gets tricky?) Yeah, actually, it is. I have to use the culmination of my knowledge, experiences and feelings to interpret all this information, so it’s always going to be biased and tilted toward my understanding and interpretation. This is why 5 different animal communicators will get 5 different twists on the same message from one animal. I originally thought that if I’m connecting to the right animal and I’m talking to them, I should be 100% accurate 100% of the time. I quickly realized that communication doesn’t work that way - even if you’re the same species speaking the same language. It’s always going to be filtered through the speaker’s lense, the interpreter’s lense and the listener’s lense. It’s an imperfect art - interpreted, translated then fed back to you.
So how does it work?
Honestly, I don’t think anyone really knows. I have some ideas - like somehow, I’ve been given a gift from God. Or everyone has this ability, I’ve just had a lifetime of developing it and going down the paths that have led me here. There’s the theory that all information is floating in some energetic cosmic plane and some people can tap into it. What I do know is that just like a cell phone, computer or even prayer, I don’t know how they work but I still utilize them and benefit greatly from doing so. Maybe the value isn’t in the understanding of it. I can talk to and understand animals. I love to share that gift with others. It makes my world a better place and it really helps the animal kingdom. I’m an animal lover. If I can make their world a better place, too, I’m all for that.

Some Ways it’s Helped
Most people seek an animal communication session for
behavior issues - to help iron out the rough spots when integrating a new dog into the family with established pets or random fighting that happens between pets
end-of-life process, to express what your animal may be feeling about it and help to ease your mind
easing human guilt and unease in how they passed or how things might have been different if the human had known it was coming
reveal their pasts so that the humans have a better understanding of what rescued animals may have been through - if they’re sensitive to certain noises or smells or activities
If you can think of how communication may help a human-to-human relationship, chances are it will help an animal-to-human or animal-to-animal relationship. It replaces chaos, confusion and judgment with peace, calmness and understanding - on both sides of the leash.
Why do They do What They do?
Animals have reasons for their actions. Sometimes it’s pain, sometimes it’s confusion or an old fear. Sometimes (a lot of the time) it’s a desire to please but no clear path on how to go about that. A communication session brings out what your pet can’t tell you in words—helping you address needs you never realized were there. You might discover your dog’s “bad behavior” is actually anxiety about a new routine, or your cat’s distance is about wanting more personal space. It helps us as humans reach understanding and compassion while the animals feel heard and seen - helping to eliminate the animals’ need to act out in inappropriate ways to get our attention. Let me be your bridge to a deeper, more balanced relationship with your beloved animal companion.
